This course has been prepared under the Erasmus+ project: ENTERPRISE – “ENTrepreneurship Experience and Rising PRofessionals In Sustainable Europe”, (project number: 2019-1-DE03-KA201-060125). ENTERPRISE project is funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ programme, KA201 – Strategic Partnerships for school education and it involve 5 partners from different countries: Istituto Istruzione Superiore Statale Pio La Torre (Italy), Thora Storm videregående skole (Norway), CEIPES – Centro Internazionale per la promozione dell’educazione e lo sviluppo (Italy), AEVA – Escola Profissional de Aveiro s(Portugal), BALGARSKA AGENTSIYA ZA RAZVITIE (Bulgaria). The “ENTrepreneurship Experience and Rising PRofessionals In Sustainable Europe” (ENTERPRISE) project aims at implementing collaboration among school staff (teachers, educators, project managers) and professionals in the field of sustainable work start-up at the European level in promoting intensive dissemination of newly produced teaching strategies and innovative ideas in the field of entrepreneurial education and sustainability.
Training mobility is an essential part of the project assuring the achievement of its objectives.
The main added value of this activity is an exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices due to the transnational collaborative work of the teachers from four EU countries on the design of the EES concept for their class instruction based on created EES learning paths and adjusting them to national curricula.
A total of 17 educators/trainers participated to the LTTA, which was divided in 3 mornings of 2 hours each, from the 26th to the 28th of May 2021.
The LTTA was divided in two days online (26th & 28th May) and one offline (27th May). This Creativity and “breaking the rules” methodology was adopted to give the participants the opportunity to work in groups in finding new solutions to existing problems or to serve existing demand.
We divided teachers into collaborating teams and they competed against each other in developing the best and most imaginative solutions on the topic of sustainability and entrepreneurship. On the second day, the staff created presentations of their solution in which they studied ad hoc exercises based on creativity and on the last day they presented to everyone why they thought their solution was a good idea.
Here staff was encouraged to be as creative and “crazy” as possible to break through
imaginative boundaries.
The LTTA was a great success and everyone enjoyed taking part in it and breaking through traditional educational methods.
